What services do you offer?

I provide professional HDR real estate photography, interior & exterior coverage, detailed feature shots, walkthrough video tours, 2D floor plans, twilight photography, virtual staging, and commercial/Airbnb photography. Additional services include neighborhood/amenity photos and social-media–ready video edits.

How do your packages work?

I offer three core packages:

  • Spotlight Collection – HDR photos + 2-D Marketing Floor plan (starting at $200)

  • Showcase Experience – Everything in Spotlight + walkthrough video, twilight photos, and neighborhood amenities (starting at $350)

  • Signature Tour – Everything in Showcase + drone photos and virtual staging (up to 3 rooms), (starting at $750)

Packages scale based on property size. Add-ons are also available if you need something custom.

Who needs to be at the shoot?

You or the listing agent don’t need to be present, but I’ll need access to the property (lockbox, key, or owner). If anyone is there, it’s helpful for unlocking, turning on lights, and answering quick questions.

How do payments work?

Payment is due before delivery of final media. I accept secure online payments by credit/debit card (invoice link via Square), or direct transfer through Zelle.

Do you charge for cancellations or no-shows?

I understand things happen. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

What’s the best time of day to schedule a shoot?

For interiors, late morning to early afternoon provides the best natural light. For exteriors or twilight photography, just after sunset captures beautiful curb appeal.

Do you work with Airbnbs or commercial spaces?

Yes! I photograph residential listings, commercial properties, and short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO) to help them stand out in a crowded market.
